The Illinois State University PDF - Fact Pamphlet is a printable document that is designed to be printed landscape on both sides of the paper and folded into fourths. University employees received these pamphlets in the mail containing data about Illinois State University using Fall 2009 university data. Hard copies of the pamphlet are available through Planning and Institutional Research or you may print as many as you need from the web.
Enrollment reports are published five times a year: Fall Census Day On-Campus; Fall End of Term Off-Campus; Spring Census Day On-Campus; Spring End of Term Off-Campus; and Summer End of Term On- and Off-Campus. (On-Campus - students who are enrolled for any coursework in on-campus facilities; and Off-Campus - students who are enrolled exclusively for coursework in other than on-campus facilities.)

Degrees.xls conferred and certificates awarded detail by major and level Fiscal years 2004 through 2008 - the second tab contains historical degree data 1990 through 2008.
These reports display credit hours by the class level of the student enrolled in the course, not by the course level (100, 200, etc.). Lower division is the sum of freshmen and sophomore credit hours; upper division is the sum of junior, senior and unclassified credit hours; graduate I is the sum of masters and certificate credit hours and graduate II is doctoral credit hours.

The Common Data Set (CDS) is a survey conducted by participating publishers. The survey consists of items that institutional researchers at colleges and universities have indicated needed standardization. Publishers participating in the CDS initiative include: The College Board, Peterson’s, a Thomson Learning Company, and U.S. News & World Report.
